New Pictures

I was looking back through the pictures I've taken the last 2.5 months and there were so many I had intended to share with everyone. Finding time to post pics on the blog is not as easy as it once was. For one, I have two munchkins who get into absolutely everything. Not too much of a problem, but they are also complete monkeys. So if I'm not in the same room with them, I find them in, oh let's see, the bay window. That required moving furniture so they could no longer do that. Yesterday they figured out how to climb to the top of the changing table. I went downstairs to feed Zeuss and the cats and came back upstairs to find them on top of the changing table. Georgia knew they were in trouble the minute I walked in the room because she said, "Uh oh!" as soon as she saw me.

On top of my children being monkeys, they have gone from two naps a day to one. So that leaves me with two hours tops to take a shower, blog, and do any housework that requires me to be in a different room than them, or things like folding laundry that I can't do with them awake because it's a losing battle.

Anyway...here's a few pictures from this week for your enjoyment.

Can you guess who this is?

Dakota hanging out in the teepee after she and Georgia pulled all the poles out of it.

Georgia playing with the caterpillar.

Laundry baskets make great chairs.

You can take my picture...

...but I won't look at the camera.

Notice the bruise on her forehead...

I was about 3 seconds too late taking this pic. She had a wad of noodles about 3 inches wide hanging out of her mouth.

We just love our noodles...

Dakota isn't too thrilled that I captured her and dressed her.

Georgia hides in the closet to avoid the same fate as her sister.

Being silly and loving on her bear.

Dakota had a pair of bloomers around each ankle, but again, a few seconds late with the camera, one pair had already fallen off.

Chillin' on the couch...

...eatin' nectarines. YUM!

Aw sisterly love! A big difference from later this morning when I tried to distract Dakota from slamming a door in her sister's face by telling her to give Georgia a kiss. It worked. But when she tried to kiss Georgia, Georgia clocked her on the head with a block. Ah yes, such love!

Ride 'em Cowgirl!

"UP! DOWN!" Dakota's two favorite words right now.

Talkin' on the phone.

"Uh oh!"
