First we practiced smiling for the camera.
"Whoa! Kota, a little intense with the eyes there!"
"Ok, that's better, a little squinty, but we'll keep working on it."
"Now Georgia, smile pretty. No that's too big. A nice smile." (Mommy demonstrates.) Georgia does her own thing.
"Georgia! You can't make faces like that for Aunt Kinder's wedding pictures! Smile nice. Like this." (Mommy demonstrates again) "Ok, we're getting there."
Then we practiced walking down the aisle, dropping rose petals.
This is the first try.
"Hey, that was pretty good. But this time lets try dropping the rose petals with your 'outside' hand."
"Um, what happened to Kota that time. Try staying together this time."
They practiced a few more times, but those trips down the "aisle" were captured on video on my phone, and those videos never come out very clear on the blog. Let's just say, the walking got sillier on Georgia's part and they both got faster. I'm pretty sure by the end of this practice session, if Georgia had been practicing with petals, they would have been bouncing. She was flinging them pretty good. :)
