25 Weeks 6 Days or 26 Weeks?

According to the chart at the top of the blog, I'm 26 weeks today. At some point in my month long hospital stay, one of my doctors, for whatever reason, and who knows when, changed dates on me. Now according to my chart I am 25 weeks 6 days today. One day difference, not huge, but as far as I'm concerned Sunday is the day I advance a week. I'm 26 weeks!
