Electric Safari

We were supposed to go to Portland for Christmas. But since Denver got absolutely pounded with a blizzard last week, we couldn't fly out. So we stayed home.

Saturday night, we went to the Electric Safari at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.

It was only 30 degrees out, so we had to get bundled up. Dakota wouldn't keep her hat on (or her shoes for that matter) but Georgia didn't mind wearing a hat and her hood if it meant her ears stayed warm.

We got to see the giraffes up close and personal. Mommy and Daddy even got to feed them.

Here's one cleaning up the crumbs.

Oh yeah, Daddy wrestled a cobra while we were there too.
